Dr. Thomas Hagopian in Atlanta who is very busy and booking a year ahead, and
Dr. Ellen Jenetzke in Michigan is in network for Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan only.

- Inclusion of a network exception form to expedite the approval process.

- Access to the staff for questions regarding your coverage request.
- A complete review of your prior authorization request by our prior authorization specialist before submission to your insurance company.
- Although our focus is to proactively avoid appeals, full access to our Appeal Process Membership to handle all levels of appeal from internal through external appeals if needed.
- The Lipedema Coverage Connection Guarantee: If you do not get covered, we’ll keep working with you until you do. Because of this guarantee, we do not offer refunds.
- Your membership term is 18 months. We allow for pauses and extensions depending on personal situations.
